Downloading data is not possible

If you are having problems downloading data from your Logger, it could be related to the following:

The unit has reached end of life and the internal battery has gone flat.
The contacts on the back of the recorder have become contaminated.
The unit itself has been physically dropped or crushed, water has gotten inside the unit,
or the unit has been exposed to a high electromagnetic field.
